Obesity – What is The Real Solution?

OBESITY, as I know it and as describe by ‘Wikipedia’ “is a medical condition in which excess body fat has accumulated to the extent that it may have an adverse effect on health” in other words it is a term used to describe persons who are fat. Is there a real solution to this problem? 

Both doctors and dietitians agree that certain diets that concentrate on eliminating carbohydrates and increasing the intake of protein (meat) can reduce excess unwanted fat which would lead to weight lost. This type of diet, however, is design to cause rapid weight loss and should be monitored by a physician. 

If it is your desire to lose weight and rid yourself of Obesity then have no fear. Weight control is indeed possible and can be achieve in several ways. The real solution is to be consistent in your effort and have some creditability. You can be successful in controlling your weight with not only an enjoyable but a reliable and reasonable Diet and Exercise Program. Mind you, it is my view that a healthier life is worth the effort start now to a better and healthier life.
